Annual 5K Fun Run first week-end June
Time to register - young and old - Up and down the boulevard run or walk, funds raised support neighborhood beautification. Volunteer at volunteer@houstonheights.org.

Changes in Heavy Trash Pick-Up - Tree Waste and Junk Waste on alternating months
Another way to remember which month is which 'trees are odd (months); junk is 'even' . If you have a home for sale in the Heights area, you can make it more attractive by placing trash in front only close to collection days. www.houstonsolidwaste.org
Heights Bicycle Rally, Sunday Oct. 3, 7:30a-4p
There's a classification for everyone, young & old! The course is 20 miles through area neighborhoods, and it is actually a bike race and scavenger hunt.

Holiday Home Tour 2010
Scheduled for the first week-end in December, Friday Dec. 3rd, 6-9 and Saturday Dec. 4th, 3-9. Get into the holiday spirit by touring these Heights homes. Your ticket helps support worthwhile projects.
